As a Kelowna Family Photographer, I love photographing families that are near and dear to my heart. I have known Christine and Chris, the mom and dad of this gorgeous family, since we all attended university together back in the ‘90’s. Boy does that make me feel old! We attended Trinity Western University in Langely. Christine was in my dorm sophomore year and we stayed connected throughout our years at TWU because we were both in the Teacher Education Program. Christine started dating Chris during her time at Trinity and the rest is history. They started their beautiful family a few years later and the last time I saw Christine, their eldest, Chloe was a wee little babe. Having lived in Toronto for many years, they moved to Vancouver three years ago.   I was super excited when Christine emailed me saying they were going to be in Penticton visiting her family and was I available to do a family session. I was thrilled to be having a reunion with them all after such a long time a part.

We thought there would be nothing better than doing our session at Summerhill Pyramid Winery so we could start the night at their amazing bisto; the Sunset Bistro, for dinner and wine. Their property and winery are so amazing for photos.

Obviously the Gauthiers are not only gorgeous, but they all feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera. The kids all have stage or modeling experience and Chloe is studying to be a prima ballerina. It was so much fun capturing their beautiful family!

Loved seeing you again Chris and Christine and so happy you have been blessed with such a beautiful, loving family!
