As a Vernon & Kelowna Family Photographer, I am never more excited to go to a session than when the I have the privilege of photographing a family I’ve documented before.

The Daniel Family holds a VERY special place in my heart.  I first met mom Kim when she safely delivered our son Jack into this world.  It became an emergency situation with Jack, and I fully credit “Dr. Kim”, as we call her around our house, with saving Jack’s life.

Shortly after he was born, I found out Kim was expecting and as a thank you gift, I “gifted” her with a newborn session for her little man Finn.  Well, of course, it didn’t stay as a “gift” as Kim insisted on paying, and since then I have photographed them a number of times.  I was absolutely thrilled when they announced they were expecting their second son and honoured to photograph both their maternity session and newborn session when little Grayson arrived.

Now with Grayson being over just 10 months old, it was time to capture the family again and we chose scenic Kalamalka Park as our gorgeous backdrop. Both boys were so good for their session.  Finn should be a kids model in his cowichan sweater….look at that smile…and Grayson, he’s one of the sweetest babies I know.  Just all cuddles and hugs for his family.  And does he love his brother!  I melted photographing them together in the wagon.
