As a Kelowna Photographer, I love meeting my clients under joyous such circumstances, such as a maternity portrait session.

There is nothing more exciting than anxiously awaiting your little ones arrival!  For this beautiful family, they don’t know who they are meeting.  Big sister Tyler thinks it is a boy, but we will all find out in a few weeks time.

Just talking about their little ones arrival teared mom up and her dream family is soon to be a reality.

For their gorgeous Kelowna Maternity Session, we went to a new location for me.  Dilworth Mountain Park.  It is close to the families home and afforded us some stunning views of Kelowna.  I can definitely see me using it again in the near future.  Thanks Amber for sharing your park with me!

Miss Tyler is heading into Grade 2 shortly and quickly warmed up to the idea of me taking such beautiful portraits or her.  She was rather shy to start but once we started working together, she thoroughly enjoyed her role and posed like a champ!

The recent forest fires here in B.C. definitely added some haze to our images but I like to think it gives them a dreamy look.  The bright orange sun too afforded us some stunning effects!  Thanks to all the amazing firefighters who are working to keep us all safe.  It won’t be a summer to be soon forgotten with all the smoke!
