As an Okanagan Newborn Photographer I absolutely adore working with families as they grow and add to their beautiful little tribe. I am also honoured that they relate to my vision as an artist and trust me to capture such precious memories!

With Jen and Tyler, I first met them a few years ago when they were blessed to add a little girl to their family, Skylar.

With Skylar, I had just made the long journey to Florida to study with two of North America’s premier newborn photographers. Amy McDaniels of Dewdrops Photography and Mary Maloney of Pebbles and Polka Dots.  Although I had been doing newborn photography for a few years when I studied with these two phenomenal woman, when I returned, I was excited to try some new poses and baby Skylar was my first baby.  It was such an exciting time in my career as a newborn photographer and I remember her session so well!

Now a few years later, it was her sweet little sisters turn, Teagan.

Skylar and Teagan were just the sweetest little unit.  Skylar was such a good big sister and was an absolute dream to work with.  Such a sweet smile and demeanor.

Little Teagan also was a dream baby and within our mini session I was able to create so many wonderful poses and images for the family.

I love all the soft colours Jen chose for the session and I especially love that we photographed Teagan in one of the same outfits as her sister.  The little grey outfit was also used when Skylar was a few weeks old and I think that will be a very special heirloom image for the family!

Congratulations Tyler and Jen on another beautiful addition to your family.  What a blessing!
