This beautiful family and I had been talking a while about working together and I was so thrilled when we finally set up a date to be their Kelowna Newborn Photographer.  Having moved here recently from the Coast; mom Ann, wanted to capture a couple of very important milestones in their family.  Little Rosalie was turning one so a very important cake was ordered from Gumtree Catering in Vernon.  Being a vegan family, that was an important aspect of the cake, and Gumtree did an amazing job!  Rosalie, and eventually her big sister Julia, joined in taking turns smashing it.  Julia, having just turned four, also need some milestone images and what a beautiful little girl to photograph.

I loved working with this family so much….we even set up a play date for our children and my son Jack, upon seeing Julia’s photos (he is almost four) said “She’s so pretty…I want to marry her!”
