As a Vernon Family Photographer, I often get to photograph families at different stages in their journey.

I also LOVE when I  get emails from past clients, letting me that they are going to be back in town and all of their family are going to be together….so it must be captured with a photography session.

This will be the second time I have had the pleasure of photographing the Dhillon Family in it’s entirety (with two new members being added since two years ago!) and the third time I have worked with Raj and Jassie and their darling daughter Avani.

The last time I saw Avani, she was a newborn in my studio, and now here she is with her new little cousin!  She sure loves him!

Having had the last family portrait taken in winter time at Kal Park, we went with the complete opposite for this one.  A hot June night on the shore side of Kal Lake at the beautiful Sovereign Lake Park. With Sandeep and her husband and new baby here visiting from San Diego, they thought it the perfect time to capture some warmer images plus add to their growing numbers!

It was such a fun session!  From the large family group image, to working with each family individually, there was so much love present.

I especially loved working with the littlest ones.  It was fun to do some outdoor, almost newborn images outside of my studio!  There is now a Prince and Princess for grandma and grandpa to love!
