Jess & Ed were such a gorgeous couple to photograph….and that baby bump Jess has; made this Vernon Maternity Photographer want to have another baby!  Seriously how gorgeous, cute and stunning is Jess!

I knew Jess would be an awesome client when we first started chatting about her session and she told me she and Ed want to incorporate their love for biking into their newborn session.  That will have to wait….for as far as I know, no baby yet….but we are at one week and counting! Yes, Jessica looks that stunning two weeks before giving birth!!!

The other reason I knew I’d love working with Jess was how open, trusting and down right chill she was about the session.  We spoke a number of times through out the day because the weather forecast was not in our favour and we were trying to decide if we should proceed.  We couldn’t push the session to the next day because Eddie was biking-priorities right Ed? 🙂 but Friday was a possibility….  In the end, Jess had spent the better part of her afternoon pintresting ideas for her hair and even though it might pour rain on us, she didn’t care.  She was ready for anything.

Like so many of my maternity moms, she was feeling a little uncomfortable on what to wear and how to have herself photograph well; but again, back to the trust she placed in me, I told her not to be nervous.  I had it covered.  And the results are spectacular.

We did get wet, not badly though and Ed and Jess were such troupers.  I love these images so much and I hope you all do too.

**Disclaimer…and as for that comment I put in the first paragraph about wanting to have another baby.  As much as we would like to; not to worry mom and dad!  It’s not happening 😉
