As a Kelowna and Vernon Maternity Photographer, I am always honoured when my Kelowna clients, make the trip to visit me so I can capture their momentous occasions. Miles and Sandra are expecting in November, and wanted to make sure they captured this exciting time in their lives with both a maternity and newborn session. I love when I get to meet my clients before their newborn session. Not only do I believe photographing both a maternity and newborn session tells a more complete story, but I love getting to know them a bit better before I meet their little Prince or Princess.
Speaking of their little one-it’s going to be a little girl!-how gorgeous is she going to be? Seriously…Miles and Sandra must have been super models in their past lives. Talk about a gorgeous couple!
Mom also made sure she got pampered before the session with the talented team at Noir Salon for her hair and the always incredible Jessie Voss for makeup. If you haven’t seen my blog post on Jessie’s work (it’s on my sister site; Wedded Bliss Photography),you must do so. I highly recommend her to all my clients. Miles and Sandra were heading to Sparkling Hill for their first time after their session and I am sure she was pampered there too. LOVE that place!
Having moved recently from Vancouver, we wanted their session to take in the natural beauty and backdrops that are new to them. The gorgeous lakes and vineyards. I am LOVING the view from Turtle Mountain these days so we started their to get the gorgeous vistas of Okanagan Lake and then thanks to the wonderful Sid Sidhu (of Turtle Mountain Winery) we were able to continue the session there. Thanks so much Sid as that was high on Sandra’s list of locations!
I can not wait to meet your little girl Miles and Sandra. Enjoy your time as just ‘Sandra and Miles’ before then….because the next time I see you, you will be mom and dad 🙂
