This Vernon newborn photographer thought, along with the rest of his family, that they would be waiting a lot longer than they did to meet little Brayden.  Having just photographed his beautiful mom for her maternity session, I was super surprised  when I received a text from Christina on July 1st saying she had delivered a healthy, albeit early, little boy.

You see, Mr. Brayden decided to come much earlier than his due date.  Much earlier in fact; and he unfortunately had to spend some extra time up at the hospital.  But all that is behind him and his family now and he’s a thriving little man!

I absolutely adore his hair and the little smiles he kept giving me.  He especially loved being wrapped up like a little burrito!

Christina and Travis can’t get over their little man.  They are so in love with him and it oozes out of them when they are holding, changing or snuggling with him.  So much love!

When we originally scheduled the session, we thought Travis would be away in Kelowna working, but thankfully we were to schedule it so he could attend for the second part of the session.  Sessions are typically between two to three hours in length to capture all the different poses and outfit changes-not to mention lunch breaks for the babies-that I want to incorporate, so it was perfect I could get some of those babe and dad shots that I adore so much.  So glad you could make it Travis!
