As a Vernon Photographer, I love seeing families year after year, especially when I first met them as a newborn, a one year old smashing a cake and now they are a big girl at the age of two!

Miss Chloe is one of the sweetest little ones I’ve ever met.

She slept like a champ for her newborn session, ate cake like a champ (okay not really…mom and I had to help a little) at her one year old cake smash and then danced and played in the leaves at her two year old session during all the beautiful fall colours we are experiencing.

I absolutely adore the beautiful town of Vernon that I live in. Gorgeous all year round this time of year is one of my favorites however. I always have so many other photographers commenting on how lucky I am to have such gorgeous lakes and panoramic vista to take clients to. And it’s so true. We are blessed with an abundance of gorgeous backdrops but then in the fall, new areas explode, into rich and bright tones of yellow, red and orange. So gorgeous! Then you add Chloe and her mom and dad into the beautiful foliage and you have some amazing family photos!

The weather had been a bit iffy leading up to our session, and we actually had to postpone twice prior to the morning, the weather looked to be in our favour. Jen, Chloe’s mom, actually texted me in the morning, asking what my schedule was like, because it looked like it was finally going to hold so we jumped at the chance.

So glad we did! Look at how sweet this family is. And I LOVE how Chloe and Mommy are matching! Just the sweetest.
