As a Vernon Photographer, I love seeing families year after year. It was almost three years ago to the day, that I first met Dionne and Alan. They had just relocated their young family to Vernon from the lower mainland. They had a beautiful new home in the Coldstream and we did our first session together, there, on their new property.

A short time after that, I was excited to hear from Dionne that they were expecting baby number three and so we planned a maternity session and then a joyous newborn session where older brothers, Coby and Brody also were in attendance.

Now, with the boys all a bit older, it was time to venture out and explore the BX falls and trail for some fall family portraits.

I have lived near the falls my entire life, and about once a year, make it down the trail with my own family. But for some reason, have never taken any clients to the magnificent area. It was actually Dionne who suggested it as a location and I jumped at the chance. I knew it would make for some spectacular images.

Wow! What a fun morning and I loved the variety and drama that the falls and creek brought to our images. We are sure blessed to live in such a beautiful town.

The boys did a fabulous job working with me to capture all the different portraits I wanted to create. I know it can be rather tiring for a 6, 4 and 2 year old so well done boys!
