It is a yearly, or semi yearly, honour for this Vernon Photographer to photograph the Debella Grandchildren.  It’s been a number of years since the tradition started and I am always excited to hear that I have this session scheduled in my calendar.

Even though this summer has been particularly busy for me, when I got a phone call asking if I could, at last minute, work with all the kids again, I made it work.

It has been three years since I started capturing all the cousins together.  As Finn and Grayson were local to Vernon, I started seeing them regularly. I saw them as newborns,  and even before that when their mom and dad commissioned me to create some maternity photos.

Our fist year grandma and grandpa had them come closer to their home, and we used Ellison Provincial Park.  Last year, we captured these awesome kiddos at Silver Sage Stables.  This year, it was Sovereign Park in Coldstream.

They are growing up before my lens.  Looking less and less toddler, more kid.  And their interactions with me, and what makes them laugh, more sophisticated.  Thank goodness Uncle Eric’s silly jokes still gets them every time for a cracked smile.

Grandma and Grandpa, couldn’t make it this year for the session but I know, as every year one image of all the children was very important to them.  They love their grandchildren so very much and are always so pleased when they are all in town.  Thanks for once again entrusting me with your awesome group of little ones!
