I was thrilled to meet little Sky so I could say I have now photographed my first little one from Revelstoke, making me a Revelstoke Newborn Photographer.

Miss Sky was almost 5 weeks old when I photographed her for these darling newborn portraits.  I typically like to see my little ones around two weeks of age so I was a little apprehensive as to whether she would like to do some of the more squishy poses but she couldn’t have slept better!  Everything I tried was a breeze with her. I can already tell she is going to be one laid back little girl.

Both mom and dad are from the UK and were drawn to Revelstoke for its breathtaking scenery and active lifestyle.  Mom absolutely adores snowboarding at Revelstoke Mountain Resort and it was so fun posing Sky with moms board and gear.  We even tucked her into moms helmet for an image!  I think this little one will be snowboarding VERY soon!  And in no time I bet she will be a million times better than me!

The town of Revelstoke holds a very special place in my heart.  My mother was born there and I spent many special holidays visiting my grandparents there.  I love still going there with my family and I know Miss Sky is going to love growing up there.  It is an incredible special town and I know why mom and dad relocated there.

I am so thrilled to have met this beautiful family of three and wish them all the excitement in the world as they grown in love for their beautiful little girl!  You are one lucky set of parents.  Give little Sky a big hug for me!
