As a Vernon Newborn Photographer, I meet a lot of families with their new little ones.  They are all so loved and cherished…and Mr. Easton is no exception.  Only 9 days old, he already comes with his own entourage of hockey gear (Easton brand of course and all brand new-just for the photo session) and one of the best looking car seats I’ve ever seen!  Mom and dad were telling me even the hospital hasn’t seen such a fancy one!

When I last saw Chenille and Teagan, we were at Kelowna Mountain for one of the most breathtakingly beautiful maternity sessions I have done.  The view of Kelowna was spectacular and Chenille glowed in anything she wore.  I particularly loved putting her is the grey tutu I had just purchased from Taopan.  Teagan couldn’t keep his eyes off of Chenille; saying every few minutes how beautiful she looked.  He was so excited to meet little Easton.

Well little man Easton is now here and his dad glows with pride.  He couldn’t stop remarking how cute he was during his newborn session.

We spent the focus of his session, highlighting mom and dad’s love for hockey.  Easton is going to be on skates before he knows it!

** It is important to know that at no time, was Easton left unattended in many of these images.  Mom’s hands were either supporting his head, (while in the helmet), inches from him while resting on dad’s gloves or again supporting his head while sleeping on the Easton hockey gloves.  Making sure a baby is safe and comfortable is of utmost importance.   A magical shot can easily be achieved via a little photoshop magic and professional training.

Congratulations Teagan and Chenille.  Little Easton is so precious!
