Creating beautiful Vernon Photography has been a passion of mine for more than thirteen years.

Along the way in this meaningful and artistic career I have met some professionals who constantly inspire me with their own creativity and passion to help their clients be their best self.

Two of those amazing women are Sara Knol of Top Knot Events, a Vernon Wedding & Events Coordinator and Jessie Voss of Make Up by Jessie

Anytime I get to work with either of them is a dream day, but on this special occasion, I got to work with both of them!

Jessie and her beautiful daughter Cali, were in front of my camera being their usual gorgeous selves and Sara was helping stylize the fun session.

Out at beautiful Kal Lake and downtown Vernon, we had so much fun creating two very different looks. Thanks Sara for bringing your truck full of amazing props! I especially love the new suttee that you bought for our downtown portion of the session. All your weddings this coming year are going to love it!

One of the special reasons behind these portraits, is that Jessie’s fiancé, Raphael was visiting from New York City. I look forward to showcasing those stunning portraits on my sister site, Wedded Bliss Photography in the coming week.

Over the past few weeks, I have spent a lot of time with Jessie. I was in a production of Mamma Mia (playing the VERY fun role of Tanya) and Jessie was my incredible make up artist. She transformed me every night into very fun version of myself. Anyone looking for a makeup artist who not only excels at what she does, but is a joy to be around, needs to hire her.
